Arguably the most famous specialty coffee region in Colombia, Nariño is renowned for producing outstanding quality year on year. Coffees in Nariño are grown at incredibly high altitudes, and the vast majority of beans are smaller and denser than their counterparts from other regions, making them great coffees to roast. Coffees from this region are typically floral and bright, with lots of malic acids.
